ABOUT US
Rushford Community Foundation
is founded by a local chartering board of directors. It has contracted with Southern Minnesota Initiative Fund for fund management and legal services. It has adopted a constitution and by-laws document which is independent of, yet in compliance with the legal structure of the Initiative Fund. This provides the foundation the benefit of IRS 501-(c)3 non-profit tax status and legal registry as a charity with the Office of Minnesota Secretary of State. These are among the innovative ways of managing with professional quality and less overhead.
